## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N9003E WAS AT THE HOLD AREA AT THE APPROACH END OF RUNWAY 9L IN THE #1 POSITION PREPARING FOR TAKEOFF WHEN THE OPA-LOCKA TOWER GROUND CONTROLLER REQUESTED THAT THE AIRPLANE GIVE WAY TO AN ANTONOV AN-26 AIRPLANE REGISTERED AS UR-GLS. N9003E COMPLIED WITH THE GROUND CONTROLLER REQUEST AND TAXIED BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL RUN-UP POSITION. UR-GLS TAXIED NEAR N9003E AND CAUSED THIS AIRPLANE TO TIP OVER ON ITS RIGHT WING, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WINGTIP AND TO THE PROPELLER. THE DAMAGE WAS NOT SUBSTANTIAL. THIS INCIDENT APPEARS TO BE CAUSED BY THE EFFECT OF THE THRUST GENERATED BY THE PROPELLERS OF THE AN-26 ON N9003E.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
