## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) MR. DUDLEY DEPARTED BETHEL APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THIS LANDING EVENT TO PRACTICE TAKE OFF AND LANDINGS AT VARIOUS AIRPORTS IN THE LOCAL BETHEL AREA. UPON RETURNING TO BETHEL FOR HIS FINAL LANDING OF THE FLIGHT, HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE DURING THE POST LANDING ROLL OUT. THIS LOSS OF CONTROL CULMINATED IN A PARTIAL GROUND LOOP. THE AIRPLANE CAME TO A STOP TILTED UP ON ITS NOSE. DAMAGE WAS MINIMAL AND THIS EVENT WAS DOWNGRADED BY THE NTSB (IIC JAMES LABELLE) TO AN INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
