## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THIS WAS AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT (OCF) APPROVED BY MR. BREANT OWENS AND RELEASED BY MINDI FROM EJA DISPATCH. THE OCF WAS ON THE PITCH FEEL FAIL SYSTEM. AT 95 TO 100 KTS A RED CAS "NO TAKE OFF" WARNING ANNUNCIATOR AND A RED MASTER WARNING CAME ON. MR. MONTGOMERY (PIC IN RIGHT SEAT) CALLED FOR THE ABORTED TAKE OFF AND MR. MCLAGEN (SIC IN LEFT SEAT) ABORTED THE TAKE OFF. THEY BACK TO CESSNA M OR D TO FOLLOW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
