THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED APPROXIMATELY 1/3 OF THE WAY DOWN THE RUNWAY AND MR. MCCARTER WAS UNABLE TO BRING THE AIRCRAFT TO A STOP OR SLOW DOWN ENOUGH TO TURN OFF ONTO TAXIWAY GOLF. THE AIRCRAFT RAN THRU THE GRASS AREA AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND ENCOUNTERED A SMALL BERM WHICH COLLAPSED THE FRONT NOSE GEAR AND THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED OVER THE BERM AND TURNED TO THE RIGHT APPROXIMATELY 90 DEGREES AND ENDED UP FACING NOSE DOWN INTO A DITCH.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
