## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT WAS ENROUTE TO MSP WHEN HYDRAULIC PUMP FAILED. APPROXIMATELY 1/2 HOUR LATER, SECOND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILED. EMERGENCY SYSTEM WAS USED FOR LANDING AND OPERATED NORMALLY. THE HYDRAULIC PUMP FAILURE CAUSED FLUID TO BE PUMPED OVERBOARD CAUSING SECOND SYSTEM TO FAIL. OPERATOR SUSPECTS THE PUMP SHAFT SEAL FAILED CAUSING THE FLUID TO BE PUMPED OVERBOARD. OPERATOR WILL SUBMIT A SERVICE DIFFICULTY REPORT THROUGH CHDO. (SAN JOSE FSDO). ESTIMATED TIME ON PUMP WAS 76 HOURS TSO.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
