## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON THIS DAY, MR. BAGLEY WAS CONDUCTING AERIAL CHEMICAL APPLICATION TO A FIELD NEAR HIS HOME BASE. AT SOME POINT, HE STRUCK A 20' TALL POST WITH HIS RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR. HE SURVEYED THE AIRPLANE AS WELL AS HE COULD WHILE IN THE AIR AND COULD SEE NO DAMAGE OR ABNORMAL INDICATIONS WITH INSTRUMENTS OR CONTROLS. HE COMPLETED THE SPRAY JOB AND RETURNED TO HIS BASE. UPON LANDING, THE DAMAGED RIGHT LANDING GEAR PARTIALLY COLLAPSED ALLOWING THE RIGHT WING TO STRIKE THE GROUND DAMAGING THE RIGHT WING.
