## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) CO-CAPTAINS WERE ON THIS FLIGHT AND THEIR PRACTICE WAS TO ALTERNATE LEGS AS PIC. CREW HAD COMPLETED EXTERIOR INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT AND WERE INSIDE COCKPIT APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES WHEN A MECHANIC PARKED A GOLF CART APPROXIMATELY 10 FEET FORWARD OF THE RIGHT WING TIP. COCK PIT CREW RECEIVED TAXI CLEARANCE AND MOVED FORWARD, STRIKING GOLF CART. PIC WAS ADVISED BY SIC BEFORE PROCEEDING THAT AREA WAS CLEAR. NO MARSHALLER WAS PRESENT NOR REQUESTED BY FLIGHT CREW. MECHANIC HAD PARKED GOLF CART IN FRONT OF HANGAR DOORS ON PREVIOUS OCCASIONS EVEN THOUGH DESIGNATED AREAS FOR GROUND EQUIPMENT ARECLEARLY MARKED JUST NORTH OF THE HANGAR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
