## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING FLIGHT, A FLEXIBLE HYDRAULIC HOSE, MOUNTED FROM THE RIGHT ENGINE FIREWALL TO RIGHT LANDING ACTUATOR, BURST IN HOSE'S BEND RADII. HYDRAULIC FLUID ESCAPED FROM HYDRAULIC SYSTEM THROUGH THE BREACH IN THE AFFECTED FLEXIBLE HYDRAULIC HOSE. THE LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEARS WERE ABLE TO LOWER AND LOCK "DOWN" INTO PLACE. THE NOSE LANDING GEAR WAS ABLE TO EXTEND BUT NOT ABLE TO "LOCK DOWN" INTO THE DOWN POSITION. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED RESULTING IN THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSING CAUSING MINIMAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT'S NOSE FAIRING AND NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
