## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT INDICATED THAT HE EXPERIENCED WIND REVERSAL ON LANDING AND ROLLOUT. HE LISTENED TO AWOS WHICH INDICATED WESTERLY WINDS, AND HE PREPARED TO LAND RUNWAY 32. AS HE NEARED SJN AIRPORT, HE AGAIN OBTAINED AWOS. HE CIRCLED OVER AND OBSERVED THE WIND SOCK, NOTED THAT WINDS FAVORED RUNWAY 14; THE WIND WAS 10-15 MPH IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. HE SAID WHEN HE DID HIS WHEEL LANDING, THE WIND PUSHED HIM. THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE RUNWAY AND RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE SOLE OCCUPANT.
