(-23) DURING THE LANDING ROLL OUT ON RUNWAY 16 AT SELDOVIA AIRPORT THE PILOT APPLIED BRAKES RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT YAWING TO THE LEFT. THE PILOT RELEASED THE BRAKES RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT ALIGNING WITH THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT APPLIED BRAKES AGAIN ATTEMPTING TO STOP IT, THE AIRCRAFT TURNED LEFT TO COME TO REST OFF THE LEFT END OF THE RUNWAY OVER A SIX FOOT SHALLOW EMBANKMENT RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING. THE RIGHT BRAKE LINE FAILED DUE TO CHAFING AGAINST LANDING GEAR FAILING.
