## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) GROUND LOOP REPORTED DURING LANDING AT ASHTABULA AIRPORT DURING AIRSHOW/FLY IN. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT UNCONTROLLED FIELD AFTER A LARGE WARBIRD HAD LANDED. TURBULENCE/CROSSWIND MAY HAVE BEEN FACTOR. A T-6 FLOWN BY ONE OF THE FSDO'S DPE'S WHO WAS IMMEDIATELY BEHIND THE AIRCRAFT INVOLVED, STATED THE LANDING APPROACH/SPEED APPEARED TO BE "RIGHT ON". THE SECOND T-6 PILOT REPORTED SOME DIFFICULTY WITH AIRCRAFT CONTROL DURING HIS LANDING. DAMAGE MINOR AND REPORTED AS SLIGHT KINK IN GEAR STRUT TUBE AND COSMETIC WING TIP DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
