## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED PASSENGER ^PRIVACY DATA^ SEEMED TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE AFTER HE HAD GIVEN A 100$ BILL TO PAY FOR A BEER. THEY ALSO STATED THAT HE FOLLOWED ALL THE REQUIRED INSTRUCTIONS. HE ALSO MOVED FROM THE EMERGENCY EXIT WHEN REQUESTED. THE SPOKANE AIRPORT POLICE MET HIM AT THE GATE AND ALSO NOTED THE SMELL OF ALCOHOL AND VERIFIED THAT HE FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AND HAD NOT INTERFERED WITH THE CABIN CREW. THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THAT HE HAD BEEN VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO THE CABIN CREW. NO CHARGES FILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
