## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JULY 24, 2003 AT 2156 GMT THE PIC RICARDO QUINTANA BEFORE LANDING HAD AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE WHEN SELECTING LANDING GEAR EXTENSION. HE THEN PROCEEDED WITH THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND HAD ONLY INDICATION OF LEFT GEAR DOWN. PIC MADE A LOW PASS AND TOWER INDICATED THAT THE GEARS APPEARS TO BE ALL DOWN. THE PILOT DECIDED TO LAND WITH PRECAUTION, HE TOUCHED FIRST WITH THE LEFT GEAR AND FELT THE RIGHT GEAR SLIPPING AWAY HE HELD THE RIGHT WING UP UNTIL HE LOST AIRSPEED AND THE WING TOUCHED THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT AND TWO PASSENGERS EVACUATED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
