## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON APPROACH TO PHF RUNWAY 7, N3680N, A MOONEY M20, HAD AN UNSAFE LANDING GEAR INDICATION. THE AIRCRAFT DID A GO-AROUND AND THE TOWER OBSERVED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY 7 AND ON ROLL OUT THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED FOLLOWED BY THE LEFT AND NOSE GEAR. THE LANDING GEAR ROD END UNTHREADED FROM THE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR ALLOWING THE GEAR TO RETRACT. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
