(-23) THE PILOT NOTICED AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DEPLETION WHILE FLYING APPROX. 40 MILES NORTH OF FFZ. HE SHUT DOWN ALL UNNECESSARY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS UNTIL APPROX. 10 MILES NORTH OF FFZ WHEN HE TURNED ON THE RADIO AND NOTIFIED FFZ TOWER OF THE PROBLEM. FFZ TOWER CLEARED N1875Q TO LAND. UPON TOUCHDOWN THE NOSE OF THE A/C BEING LOWERED, THE PROP STRUCK THE GROUND. THE PILOT IMMEDIATELY RAISED THE NOSE WHICH "LOCKED" THE NOSE GEAR, AND THE SUBSEQUENT ROLL-OUT WAS UNEVENTFUL. THE ONLY DAMAGE TO THE A/C WAS THE PROP. NO INJURIES TO PERSONNEL IN COCKPIT, NO FIRE.
