## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON AUGUST 31, 2003, AT APPROXIMATELY 16:20 CST, THE PILOT CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR OF N91724, A RYAN NAVION FIXED WING SINGLE ENGINE AIRCRAFT MADE A GEAR UP LANDING ON THE RUNWAY LOCATED AT THE SLATON AIRPORT (F49), LOCATED IN SLATON TEXAS. THE PILOT FAILED TO VERIFY THE LANDING GEAR WAS IN THE DOWN POSITION PRIOR TO LANDING. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED BY EITHER OF THE PILOTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
