## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) JUST AFTER V2, THE CREW RECEIVED A ANTI-SKID WARNING. ON GEAR RETRACTION THE NOSE WENT UP AND THE MAINS REMAINED DOWN WITH "GEAR DISAGREE" CAPTION. OTHER CAUTIONS APPEARED AT THIS TIME AS WELL. THEY ARE, "EFIS, COMP INOP", "STALL FAIL", "HYD. 2B". STATUS MESSAGES RECEIVED, "WIND SHEAR FAIL", AND "DCU2 INOP". CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO PEORIA. ON APPROACH TO PEORIA THEY ALSO RECEIVED A "PROX SYS" CAUTION. ON SELECTION, ALL THREE GEAR SHOWED DOWN AND LOCKED AND AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE AT PEORIA.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
