THE INVESTIGATION SHOWS THE LEFT RUDDER CABLES HAD BEEN SECURED BY THE OWNER/BUILDER IMPROPERLY, CAUSING THE LEFT RUDDER CABLE TO FAIL AT THE NICOPRESS.
