(-23) CREW OBSERVED SMOKE IN COCKPIT. DONNED SMOKE GOGGLES. FIRE WARNING ACTIVATED IN AFT LAVATORY. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS DISCHARGED A HAND HELD FIRE EXTINGUISHER INTO LAVATORY. EMERGENCY LANDING IN MAUI (OGG). EVACUATION INITIATED, ALL 8 SLIDES ACTIVATED AND USED. ONE FLIGHT ATTENDANT SUFFERED SLIDE ABRASIONS. THESE ARE PRELIMINARY FINDINGS.
