## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT LANDED RUNWAY 20 AT WESTFIELD, MA, AT 8:43 PM LOCAL TIME. ON ROLLOUT, THE RIGHT MAIN AND NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE LANDING GEAR POSITION LIGHT WAS GREEN AND THE SELECTOR WAS DOWN. NO AURAL WARNING WAS HEARD. INVESTIGATION OF THE RETRACTION SYSTEM WITH THE AIRCRAFT ON JACKS REVEALED THAT THE GEAR RETRACTION TUBE INBOARD ARM HAD FRACTURED. THIS ARM CONNECTS THE RIGHT MAIN AND NOSE GEAR PUSH PULL CABLES TO THE RETRACT MECHANISM. A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE FRACTURE SURFACES INDICATED A PORTION OF THE FRACTURE MAY HAVE OCCURRED PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
