## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE FOLLOWING INFO WAS RECEIVED VIA PHONE CON WITH THE PIC AND FO. TEN MINUTES FROM ARRIVAL TO TETERBORO, CREW DETECTED A FAINT SMOKEY ODOR IN THE COCKPIT. INSIDE THE FINAL APPROACH FIX (VOR/DME-A), THE CREW SAW A LIGHT HAZE IN THE CABIN AND ELECTED TO USE OXYGEN. THEY THEN DEPLOYED THE CABIN MASKS, AND REPORTED TO TOWER REQUESTING PRIORITY FOR LANDING. AFTER LANDING, WITH FIRE TRUCK STANDING BY, THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO FBO (MILLIONAIR) WITHOUT INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
