## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT REPORTED NORMAL FLIGHT THROUGH TOUCHDOWN. AFTER BRAKING AT 60 KNOTS AN INTERMITTENT GEAR WARNING HORN WAS HEARD LASTING 2-3 SECONDS. CONTINUED TO THE END OF THE RUNWAY WITH NO OTHER ABNORMAL INDICATIONS. DURING THE 180 DEGREE TURN FROM THE RUNWAY TO THE PARALLEL TAXIWAY THE CREW AGAIN HEARD THE GEAR WARNING HORN AND ALSO OBSERVED THE RED GEAR UNSAFE WARNING LIGHT INTERMITTENTLY. PIC DECIDED TO CONTINUED TAXI TO PARKING DUE TO THE LACK OF ANY PLACE TO TURN OFF OF TAXIWAY, AND THE FACT THAT TAXIWAY IS ON A CONSIDERABLE DOWN SLOPE. WHEN APPLYING BRAKES DURING TAXI AND PARKING THE PIC OBSERVED A SLIGHT PUSATING OF THE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL. ON POST FLIGHT WALK AROUND CREW OBSERVED THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR SIDE STRUT HAD FAILED AND WAS HANGING DOWN WHICH PREVENTED THE INBOARD GEAR DOWN FROM CLOSING COMPLETELY. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS OBSERVED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
