## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT WAS CLEARED FOR ILS APPROACH RWY 20 AT CONCORD AIRPORT (JQF). PILOT STATED THAT AS HE TRANSITIONED INTO THE FLARE, HE FELT THE AIRPLANE SINK ABNORMALLY AND AT THAT TIME PUSHED THE THROTTLE FULL FORWARD TO INITIATE A GO-AROUND. AT THE SAME TIME HE PUSHED THE THROTTLE IN HE HEARD A SCRAPPING NOISE AS THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO CLIMB. AFTER USING THE EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION TO LOWER THE GEAR THE PILOT LANDED WITH NO PROBLEMS AND TAXIED TO THE RAMP. THIS OFFICE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THAT THE PROP ALONG WITH THE STEP BY THE DOOR ON THE LEFT SIDE CONTACTED THE GROUND DURING THE FIRST LANDING ATTEMPT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
