## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) STUDENT PILOT TOOK OFF FROM PROVO, UTAH (PVU), COMPLETED 3 TOUCH AND GO'S AT SPANISH FORK, UTAH AIRPORT (U77) USING AIRCRAFT CHECKLIST. ON HIS FOURTHE TOUCH AND GO, PILOT DIDN'T USE HIS CHECK LIST ON APPROACH AND FORGOT TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR, AND LANDED GEAR UP. THE AIRCRAFT IS EQUIPPED WITH A GEAR WARNING SYSTEM, AND THE STUDENT PILOT REPORTED THAT IT DID WORK. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
