(-23) AIRCRAFT WAS TAKING OFF RUNWAY 17 AT ANDERSON AIRPORT (AND). PILOT STATED HE WAS DISTRACTED AND ACCIDENTLY HIT THE LANDING GEAR LEVER AND THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT, NO FIRE OR INJURIES.
