(-23) PILOT COULD NOT MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AFTER TOUCHDOWN DUE TO GUSTING WINDS. AIRCRAFT STRUCK ANOTHER PARKED AIRCRAFT. BOTH AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINIMAL DAMAGE. SEE ATTACHED COPY OF PILOTS STATEMENT.
