## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) WHILE ON A TRAINING FLIGHT DOING PATTERN WORK AT WAYNE COUNTY (BJJ) WOOSTER, OHIO THE CESSNA 150, N6091G EXTENDED THE DOWNWIND LEG FOR SPACING WITH ANOTHER AIRCRAFT DOING A VOR APPROACH. AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 10 AT BJJ AND PREPARING FOR A "TOUCH AND GO" THE AIRCRAFT WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY STRUCK FROM BEHIND BY ANOTHER CESSNA 150 N66748. APPARENT DAMAGE INCLUDED RIGHT ELEVATOR, HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AND AFT THIRD OF FUSELAGE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB NYC04LA030](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/NYC04LA030), Nov 9, 2003: Cessna 150K (N6091G), Wooster, OH, substantial damage. Probable cause: The inadequate visual lookout of the student pilot of the Cessna 150M, which resulted in an on-ground collision with a Cessna 150K that was taking off.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
