## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT STATED, DEPART WILLIAMSPORT REGIONAL (IPT) TO NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (PNE). TAKEOFF AND FLIGHT WERE ROUTINE. IN IMC CONDITIONS, CLEARED FOR APPROACH, AT OUTER MARKER EXTENDED LANDING. AT THIS POINT ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. ON SHORT FINAL, CHECKED GEAR AND SAW MIDDLE LANDING GEAR LIGHT WAS OUT. EXECUTED MISSED APPROACH AND RETRACTED LANDING GEAR AND FLAPS. EXTENDED GEAR AGAIN AND FAILURE TO GET A THREE GREEN LIGHTS. WENT THROUGH EMERGENCY PROCEDURES TO EXTEND GEAR AND ALSO BLEW THE CO2 BOTTLE AS I WAS ONCE AGAIN CLEARED FOR ILS 24 APPROACH. AFTER VERIFYING THAT I HAD THREE GREEN LANDING GEAR LIGHTS, HE LANDED AND ROLLED DOWN THE RUNWAY ON WHAT SEEMED LIKE A NORMAL ROLL OUT. DURING ROLL OUT LEFT WING STARTED TO SLOWLY DROP TO THE GROUND AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP A FEW SECONDS LATER. NOTIFIED TOWER OF WHAT HAPPENED AND SHUT THE MASTER SWITCH OFF BEFORE SAFELY EXITING THE AIRCRAFT. INVESTIGATION NOTED A FAILED LEFT GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR. M&D SUBMITTED BY OPERATOR. THIS INCIDENT CONSIDERED CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
