## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FLIGHT #6248 DEPARTED IND WITH DESTINATION TO MSN. DURING FLIGHT, THE AIRCRAFT HAD A LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE AT FL220. CABIN PRESSURE ALTITUDE WENT UP TO 16,000 FEET. THE OXYGEN MASKS WERE DEPLOYED TO THE PASSENGERS AND CREW DONNED THEIR MASKS. THE CREW DIVERTED TO INDIANAPOLIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY LANDING. IN ADDITION, THE CREW LOWERED THE LANDING GEAR AND NOTICED ONLY ONE GREEN LIGHT. THE CREW MANUALLY LOWERED THE REMAINING LANDING GEARS. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT 2154 WITHOUT INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
