## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ACFT ACCIDENT WAS REPORTED TO HAVE OCCURRED APPROX. 3.2 NM NW OF THE SANDIA AIRPARK (DESTINATION). UPON ON SCENE INSPECTION BY TWO FAA INSPECTORS IT WAS NOTED THAT THE ORIGINAL REPORT OF ENGINE STOPPAGE APPEARED ACCURATE HOWEVER, NO "RESIDUAL FUEL" WAS NOTED IN EITHER FUEL TANK BY BOTH INSPECTORS AT THE SITE. WHEN QUERIED, THE PILOT DID RESPOND THAT NO FUEL WAS RECOVERED FROM THE ACFT DURING RECOVERY.
