## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JAN. 3, 2004, AT 1930 UTC A CESSNA CITATION 500 RAN OFF THE END OF RUNWAY 36 AT THE LAKELAND AIRPORT, MINOCQUA, WI. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. THE FLIGHT WAS CONDUCTED UNDER IFR CONDITIONS AND A FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. WITH A NOTAM BRAKING REPORT OF POOR, THE PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT ON AN ICE COVERED RUNWAY. INTERMITTENT BRAKING ACTION DID NOT ALLOW FOR A COMPLETE STOP AND THE AIRCRAFT EXITED OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY STOPPING APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET FROM END OF PAVEMENT. DAMAGE WAS CONTAINED TO A FLAT TIRE AND TREAD DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
