(-23) AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FROM PVG AND THE AIRCRAFT CLIMBED TO A CRUISE ALTITUDE AND AT 1700' THE ENGINE LOST POWER. THE PILOT LOOKED FOR A SUITABLE LANDING AREA AND LANDED ON AN INDUSTRIAL PARKING LOT. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT OR INJURIES.
