## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JANUARY 5, 2004, AT APPROXIMATELY 1500 PDT, MARK HUBER LANDED N4864K, A CESSNA MODEL T210N, ON A PRIVATE LANDING STRIP LOCATED NEAR IMPERIAL, CALIFORNIA AND FAILED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE. HUBER, THE SOLE OCCUPANT, WAS NOT INJURED. NO FIRE RESULTED. INTERVIEW WITH LOCAL MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL INDICATED THAT THE LANDING GEAR AND THE LANDING GEAR WARNING SYSTEM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY WHEN INSPECTED AFTER THE INCIDENT. NOTE: THIS MATTER REFERRED TO SAN FSDO OPERATIONS UNIT. THIS INCIDENT DID NOT INVOLVE A NEAR MID AIR COLLISION OR A PILOT DEVIATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
