As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JANUARY 14, 2004, A BEECH 1900, FLT. 4987, COLGAN AIR, LANDED ON RUNWAY 32 AT THE THOMPKINS COUNTY AIRPORT, ITHACA, NY AFTER REPORTING AN UNSAFE GEAR INDICATION. THE ARFF RESPONDED AND THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT. ACCORDING TO THE MAINTENANCE LOG PAGE #41138, THE FOLLOWING DISCREPANCY STATED: LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. MANUAL EXTENSION PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT RELEASED UNDER SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT. THIS INCIDENT IS CONSIDERED CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
