## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY 30L WITHOUT CLEARANCE WHILE RUNWAY WAS CLOSED FOR SNOW REMOVAL. HOWEVER, THE AIRCRAFT HAD LOST ITS ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND WAS WITHOUT RADIO. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND CLEARED THE AIRCRAFT TO LAND RUNWAY 30R VIA THE LIGHT GUN. THE AIRCRAFT EXECUTED A MISSED APPROACH DUE TO NO LOWERED LANDING GEAR AND SUBSEQUENTLY LANDED RUNWAY 30L. ALL VEHICLES WERE EARLIER CLEARED FROM THE RUNWAY AND NO LOSS OF SEPARATION OCCURRED WITH THE AIRCRAFT. PILOT WAS ABLE TO EXTEND LANDING GEAR MANUALLY AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
