## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT, N141AQ, A CE-560, WAS EXECUTING AN ILS APPROACH TO RUNWAY 33 AT THE RICHMOND CHESTERFIELD COUNTY AIRPORT (FCI), VIRGINIA. THE PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) WAS FLYING THE AIRCRAFT, AND THE SECOND IN COMMAND (SIC) WAS MAKING THE APPROPRIATE CALLOUTS. THE APPROACH WAS FLOWN AT AN APPROXIMATE SPEED OF 120 KNOTS, WHICH IS 23 KNOTS IN EXCESS OF REFERENCE SPEED (REF) OF 97 KNOTS. IN A FULL LANDING CONFIGURATION, THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN 2400 FEET FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE RUNWAY 20-30 FEET RIGHT OF CENTERLINE AND IMMEDIATELY RAN OFF THE RUNWAY INTO THE GRASS. THE AIRCRAFT TRACKED PARALLEL TO THE RUNWAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 1260 FEET BEFORE COMING TO A STOP WITH THE LEFT MAIN AND THE NOSE TIRE ON THE PAVEMENT. THE RIGHT MAIN WAS MIRED IN MUD.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
