## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON FEBRUARY 18, 2004, AT 14:07 LOCAL TIME, A SOCATA TB-20, REGISTERED TO TRB AIRCRAFT, INC., AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 9 WITH A CROSSWIND HAD THE RIGHT WING CONTACT THE GROUND WHILE ON A PLEASURE FLIGHT AT TALLAHASSEE REGIONAL AIRPORT (TLH). VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE PILOT AND PASSENGER WERE NOT INJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT PANAMA CITY, FLORIDA (PFN) AT 10:00 LOCAL TIME.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
