## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING TAXI BACK TO THE PARKING SPOT THE PILOT FELT AS IF HE RAN OVER A SPEED BUMP AND THEN THOUGHT HE HEARD A DIFFERENCE IN THE SOUND OF THE PROPS. AFTER PARKING THE AIRCRAFT THE PILOT PERFORMED A WALK AROUND AND DISCOVERED TWO BENT BLADES ON THE LEFT PROP. HE ALSO NOTICED BLOOD ON THE BLADES AND REALIZED HE HAD HIT SOMETHING. WALKING BACK TO THE SPOT WHERE IT FELT HE RAN OVER A SPEED BUMP, HE NOTICED THE REMAINS OF A FRESHLY KILLED DEER 73 FEET OFF THE LEFT SIDE WHICH WOULD COINCIDE WITH THE DAMAGE TO THE LEFT PROP. WEATHER WAS NOT A FACTOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
