(-23) ACFT WAS BEING TAXIED BY OWNER/PILOT FROM MAINTENANCE HANGAR TO OWNER'S HANGAR IN HIGH WINDS. A DIRECT CROSSWIND/GUST OF APPROXIMATELY 40-50 MPH FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF ACFT CAUSED THE LEFT WING TO RAISE AND THE ACFT TO SPIN 90 DEGREES TO THE LEFT. THE ACFT THEN CONTINUED INTO A DITCH.
