## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING APPROACH, PILOT NOTED LANDING GEAR LIGHTS DID NOT INDICATE LEFT MAIN GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. THE TOWER WAS CONDUCTED, AND A FLY-BY OF THE TOWER WAS PERFORMED TO EVALUATE THE STATUS OF THE LANDING GEAR. THE TOWER PERSONNEL ADVISED THE PILOT THAT ALL THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN, AND LOOKED GOOD. PILOT LANDED ON RUNWAY 16R WITHOUT INCIDENT. ON TURNING OFF RUNWAY TO TAXIWAY 3A, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR SLOWLY COLLAPSED. AIRCRAFT WAS RELOCATED TO MAINTENANCE FACILITY ON THE FIELD FOR REPAIRS. INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT BY FAA PERSONNEL FOUND NO DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE GEAR COLLAPSE. MAINTENANCE FACILITY FOUND LEFT MAIN GEAR HYDRAULIC CYLINDER LEAKING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
