## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT OF N62058 WAS MR. CHARLES ROBERT LARKIN, A STUDENT PILOT. AS A RESULT OF THE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION, A REVIEW OF MR. THE PILOT, MR. LARKIN STATED IN HIS WRITTEN STATEMENT "DURING THE CLIMB, I EXPERIENCED TURBULENCE HEAVIER THAN WAS ACCUSTOMED TO. DURING THE APPROACH THE TURBULENCE WAS MORE PRONOUNCED. DURING THE FLARE THE BOTTOM DROPPED OUT." THE SURFACE WINDS AT KBVI 1547Z WAS 19009KT. THE WINDS ALOFT FOR KAGC, APPROXIMATELY 28 NAUTICAL MILES SOUTHEAST FROM 8G7, VALID FROM 201200Z FOR USE 0900Z TO 1800Z, WAS REPORTED TO BE AT 3000FT FROM 230/38KTS. BOSTON AIRMET TANGO WAS VALID FROM MARCH 20 FROM 0845Z TO 1500Z FOR OCNL MOD TURB BLW 100 DUE TO INCRG LOW/MID LVL FLOW.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
