## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT IS OWNED BY A FLYING CLUB. PILOT IN COMMAND PERFORMED LANDING ON RUNWAY 17 @ CLOQUET, MN FROM RH SEAT. LH SEAT OCCUPIED BY CO-MEMBER AND RATED PILOT WHO WAS NO LANDING CURRENT. PILOT STATED THAT BRAKES WERE NOT RESPONDING AND THAT AIRCRAFT STARTED TO DRIFT TO RH SIDE OF RUNWAY AFTER TOUCHDOWN. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED RUNWAY AT SHALLOW ANGLE APPROXIMATELY 1100 FEET FROM LANDING THRESHOLD, ENTERED 3-4 INCH SNOW-PACK AND OVERTURNED ONTO TOP. DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT LIMITED TO BROKEN COMMUNICATION ANTENNA OVER WING AND THE FLASHING BEACON, PLASTIC TOP CAP ON VERTICAL STABILIZER. NO INJURIES TO EITHER OCCUPANT OCCURRED. AIRCRAFT LIFTED BY CRANE AND UP-RIGHTED. A CHECK OF RH AND LH PILOTS BRAKES DISPLAYED TRAVEL DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE TWO WITH THE RH SET REQUIRING SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL TO ENGAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
