## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED ON APRIL 11, 2004, AT 0800 LOCAL TIME, N1755P VEERED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF RUNWAY 19L AFTER TOUCHDOWN. DURING THE 3 POINT LANDING THE AIRCRAFT SLOWLY STARTED TO VEER OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE STUDENT PILOT HAD APPROX. 1000 TO 1200 RPM OF POWER ON AT THE TIME. THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY AT APPROX. 1000 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY AND CAME TO REST 30 YARDS OFF THE RUNWAY ON ITS BACK. INSPECTION OF THE LEFT BRAKE DISK SHOWED OXIDATION WHILE THE RIGHT DISK WAS SHINY AND POLISHED. FURTHER INVESTIGATION BY AIRWORTHINESS INSPECTORS CONCLUDED THE LEFT BRAKE SYSTEM WAS NOT PRESSURIZING AND MAKING CONTACT WITH THE DISK AND THE RIGHT BRAKE WAS DRAGGING SLIGHTLY WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT.
