(-23) DURING LANDING PHASE THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND FULLY, PILOT ATTEMPTED TO HAND PUMP THE GEAR DOWN BUT WAS UNABLE. PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT WITH THE MAIN GEAR IN TRANSIT AND NOSE DOWN AND LOCKED. THE AIRCRAFT INCURRED DAMAGE TO THE MAIN GEAR DOORS AND RIGHT ELEVATOR.
