## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 5/19/04, PRIVATE PILOT SCOTT TASKER WAS PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS FOR HIS UPCOMING COMMERCIAL PILOT CHECK RIDE AT PROVO, UT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IN A PIPER ARROW, N55130. AFTER THREE OR FOUR TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS HE LANDED THE AIRCRAFT WITH THE LANDING GEAR UP. THE PILOT STATED THERE WAS A RUNWAY CHANGE FROM RUNWAY 18 TO RUNWAY 13. ALSO, HE STATED THERE WAS OTHER TRAFFIC IN THE PATTERN AND THE RUNWAY CHANGE AND THE OTHER TRAFFIC DISTRACTED HIM. HE STATED THAT HE DID HEAR THE GEAR WARNING HORN, BUT THE OTHER DISTRACTIONS CAUSED HIM TO NOT RECOGNIZE THE GEAR WARNING HORN. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. NO INJURIES. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
