## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FLT. ORIGINATED FROM CLT BEING OPERATED BY AGS PARTNERSHIP, A FAR 125 OPERATOR (Q3GB). DURING THE LATTER PART OF THE LANDING ROLL ON THE TLH R/W 27, THE AIRCRAFT'S RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BECAME INOPERATIVE DUE TO A HYDRAULIC LEAK FROM A FAILED PRESSURE LINE AT THE AUXILIARY PUMP. THIS SYSTEM FAILURE OCCURRED AFTER THRUST REVERSE WAS CEASED AT APPROXIMATELY 60 KTS. THE CREW WAS INSTRUCTED BY THE TLH TOWER TO CONTINUE TO THE END OF R/W 27 SO AS TO DEPART ON THE TAXIWAY TO THE RIGHT. THE FLIGHT CREW REALIZED THAT THEY HAD NO BRAKES AND REAPPLIED THRUST REVERSE, BUT WERE UNABLE TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT ON THE RUNWAY SURFACE RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT COMING TO REST OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY IN THE GRASS/DIRT AREA. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE FERREL ON THE HYDRAULIC LINE HAD COME OFF ALLOWING THE RIGHT SYSTEM FLUID LOSS. THIS VINTAGE AIRCRAFT ONLY HAS A LEFT OR RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM POWER SOURCE FOR THE BRAKES WHICH WERE SELECTED ON THE RIGHT SYSTEM. THE HYDRAULIC LINE AND FERREL WERE REPLACED, THE SYSTEM RESERVICED, HYDRAULIC POP UP INDS. CKD, SYSTEM OPERATION CHECKED NORMAL, AND A HIGH DRAG INSPECTION PERFORMED WITH NO DISCREPANCIES BY AERO ASSOCIATES A&P MECHANIC.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
