## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PIC REPORTED THAT WHILE LANDING AT A PRIVATE GRASS STRIP AIRPORT HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL DURING THE LANDING ROLL-OUT DUE TO THE RUNWAY TERRAIN HAVING AN EXTREME DOWN SLOPE ON THE LEFT SIDE. THE LEFT WHEEL WENT DOWN THE SLOPE AND RIGHT RUDDER DID NOT CAUSE ANY RESPONSE IN MOVING BACK TO THE RIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED DOWN THE SLOPE AND THEN BACK UP AN INCLINE WHERE THE LANDING GEAR AND ENGINE CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE UPSLOPE TERRAIN CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
