## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 07-06-2004, THIS OFFICE RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM AN UNNAMED CALLER REPORTING AN INCIDENT INVOLVING N241DW. THE CALLER STATED THAT N241DW COLLIDED WITH HELICOPTER DOLLY WHILE TAXIING IN FROM FLIGHT. AN INSPECTOR FROM THE CHARLOTTE FSDO INTERVIEWED THE PILOT IN COMMAND. THE PIC STATED THAT THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AS HE WAS TURNING INTO THE T HANGERS AT CONCORD AIRPORT IN CONCORD, NC (JQF). WHILE TAXIING PAST THE HELICOPTER PAD, HIS RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR HIT A DARK PIECE OF WOOD CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO PULL TO THE RIGHT. THIS CAUSED THE PROP TIP TO STRIKE THE DOLLY. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE HELICOPTER DOLLY AND MINOR DAMAGE TO THE PROP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
