## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JULY 7, 2004, AT APPROXIMATELY 1030 LOCAL TIME A GRUMAN (G164A), REGISTRATION NUMBER N7366, SERIAL NUMBER 935 LOST POWER ON TAKEOFF AND LANDED 1/4 MILE FROM THE NORTH END OF THE RUNWAY AT HAZEN, ARKANSAS (6M0), THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO THE HANGAR. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM HAZEN, ARKANSAS (6M0) AND WAS BEING OPERATED UNDER 14 CFR PART 91, UNDER VMC CONDITIONS. THE PILOT RECEIVED NO INJURIES AND NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
