## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT HAS NOT BEEN COOPERATING FOR THE INVESTIGATION AND LIMITED INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE EXCEPT FOR THE INITIAL INFORMATION TAKEN BY THE ORIGINAL INSPECTOR TAKING THE INFORMATION. ORIGINAL STATEMENT BY TELEPHONE INDICATES THE PILOT WAS ENROUTE TO OSH KOSH, WI. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO THE INSPECTOR. INITIAL INFORMATION INDICATES THE PILOT MISMANAGED THE FUEL FOR THE TRIP. (-23 AMENDMENT) RECENT PILOT STATEMENT RECEIVED INDICATES 1/4 FUEL WAS AVAILABLE IN EACH OF THE MAIN FUEL TANKS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
